Neighbor wanted to goto the casino. His family was going. Kinda awkward I don't know his parents. Dude has like 20 sisters but anyway. After the long drive, 4 hours in a somewhat cramped back seat we made it.
I get a players card cause it was my first time. Apparently you get to rack up points the longer to play to get meals or more play. Anyway, while standing in line I was shaking. Maybe from not eating since 3 or 4. It was about 9 by now.
Cashed out and played blackjack. Lost it all. Borrowed some. Played more 21 then some roulette. Lost it all again. :[
Casinos are not for the faint of heart. You cant bring less than 100 and plan to win much. The pace is too fast at all the tables for you to get a feel for anything if you only bring a couple hundred. I like to gamble, it's in my asian blood, but the casino is overwhelming. You should only go to eat or play real slow with what you have and enjoy the basically free alcohol. So yea after we lost all that we had we agreed you can't come to the casino greedy or depending on winning. you will be let down. I have thought a lot about this. This decision there's only so much I really feel like saying. Trust me, I look at every angle in a situation and well its not a good idea. End of story. Keep your money, make money through a more dependable source.
Though it was definitely fun getting drunk for basically free. Enjoy life, dont make the same mistake twice. Win big or dont play lol
yeah, my grams has been going for years, and she always plans on losing. that way, she loses and it's not biggy, but she wins and it's nice.

I've never been to a casino before, never really had the urge too either. I like my money and I don't want to lose it :(
ReplyDeleteFree booze is nice at the casino. If you want to have fun and not lose money too quickly, (or possibly even gain some bills) try playing craps with your friends. It's really fun when everyone is rooting for the same number and it's an easy game to learn. Plus it's fun to roll the dice and get involved. Just look for one with a smaller minimum bet, like $5. Play with your head, not over it!
